Takes about two minutes. We'll ask for your business name, primary contact, and the services you offer. You don't need any prior portfolio link to start.

Our team reviews your account against publicly available business records. Most verifications complete in 1–2 business days. We only ask for additional info if something needs clarifying.

Your profile goes live at /v/your-business
Once verified, your public profile is indexed by Google + linked from the Setnayan vendor directory. Couples find you by category, city, and search.

Couples message you on the platform
Inquiries land in your vendor dashboard. Reply, share packages, close bookings off-platform. We never take a cut.

What vendors usually ask before signing up.
What does it cost to list my business on Setnayan?
Free during launch. There is no listing fee, no per-lead fee, and no commission on bookings made through the platform. You only pay if you opt into a Setnayan service yourself (e.g. a Setnayan Pro upgrade for your own event).
Who verifies vendor profiles?
The Setnayan team reviews every vendor profile before it goes live. We confirm your business name, primary contact, and at least one verifiable trade reference (a past wedding, a venue partnership, or a published portfolio). Verified profiles get a Verified badge that couples can see on every listing.
What information appears on my public profile?
Your business name, services, coverage cities, package summaries, photos you upload, and reviews from couples you have worked with via Setnayan. Your private contact details (mobile, personal email) are never shown publicly — couples message you through Setnayan.
Can couples message me directly?
Yes — through Setnayan. Couples send inquiries from your public profile, and you reply from your vendor dashboard. Your personal phone and email stay private until you choose to share them in the conversation.
Is there a commission on bookings I get from Setnayan?
No. Vendors keep 100% of what they charge couples for services booked off-platform. Setnayan does not take a percentage of vendor revenue.
How do I update my profile after I sign up?
After your account is approved, you have a vendor dashboard where you can edit services, packages, photos, coverage cities, and team members at any time. Changes are live immediately.
I serve weddings outside Metro Manila — can I still list?
Yes. Setnayan covers the entire Philippines — Manila, Cebu, Davao, Tagaytay, Iloilo, Baguio, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Bulacan, Pasig, and any city you serve. You set your coverage cities in your profile.
