How to get your BIR Form 2303

BIR Form 2303 is your Certificate of Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue. It confirms you are registered to issue receipts and pay taxes. You get it AFTER your DTI or SEC registration.

1. Register your business with the BIR. You can start online through ORUS (Online Registration and Update System): https://orus.bir.gov.ph — or go in person to the Revenue District Office (RDO) that covers your business address.

2. Bring/submit your DTI or SEC certificate, a valid government ID, and proof of address. The BIR will tell you your tax type (most small vendors are Non-VAT / Percentage Tax).

3. Once processed, the BIR issues Form 2303. Keep the original — you also need to register your official receipts.

Upload a clear copy of Form 2303 (PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 15 MB). Make sure the registered name and TIN are readable.
