For couples · the full feature catalog

Every part of your event,in one place.

From the first guest invite to the same-day highlight reel — here’s everything Setnayan does. Read as much or as little as you want; when you’re ready, apply and the Setnayan Team will quote your event.

Section 1 · The planning toolkit

The unfun parts, made un-painful.

Guest list, seating, budget, mood board, schedule. Five tools that replace the spreadsheet, the Notes app, the Google Doc, the Pinterest board, and the calendar invite. All free, all linked, all updating each other in real time.

Iteration 0001 · Free with every account

Guest list — every guest, every detail

From save-the-dates to seating, RSVPs, plus-ones, dietary notes — all one row each.

Every guest is one row in your guest book. Track RSVP, plus-one, dietary preferences, role (principal sponsor, candle, veil, cord, coin, ninang, ninong), table assignment, and personal QR — all linked to the same database your invitations and gallery read from. No more juggling a Google Sheet plus a Notes app plus a WhatsApp thread. When a guest opens their invite QR, your guest list updates in real time.

Seating chart — drag, drop, done

Visual seating that respects who shouldn’t sit next to whom.

Drag guests onto tables. Setnayan flags awkward pairings (your aunt who shouldn’t sit near your in-laws), keeps plus-ones together, and reserves the bridal-table seats for sponsors. Print the seating chart as a PDF — or hand the chart to your coordinator and let them re-arrange right up until the day.

Budget — the truth, in PHP

Budget by category, paid vs. owed, what’s due next month.

Set a total budget. Setnayan splits it across categories (venue, catering, photography, attire, flowers, music) with smart Filipino-wedding defaults you can override. Log payments as you make them; the system tracks paid vs. owed and surfaces what’s due in the next 30 days. Every payment ties back to a vendor and an OR — no orphaned line items.

Mood board — your wedding’s look

Pin photos, lock palettes, share with vendors in one click.

Pin photos from Pinterest, Instagram, your friend’s wedding album. Setnayan extracts the dominant palette so your florist, your stationer, and your stylist all reference the same hex codes. Per-role palettes for the bride, the groom, the entourage, and the venue. Share the board with a vendor by link — no account required to view.

Schedule — the day, minute by minute

Build your day-of timeline; we sync it to every vendor’s calendar.

Compose your day-of run-of-show: prep, ceremony, photos, reception, after-party. Each block has a time, a location, the responsible vendors, and the guests involved. Subscribe to .ics so it syncs to your phone. When you adjust a block, every vendor on that block gets a notification.

Section 2 · Talking to your guests

One link replaces every group chat.

Personal QR invitations, a guest-side microsite that updates in real time, RSVP tracking, and email notifications that respect your guests’ inbox. No more “wait, when’s the wedding again?” in your DMs at 11pm.

  • Iteration 0002

    Personal QR invitations

Each guest gets a personal invitation site with a branded QR — your monogram in the center, your colors, your URL. Print sheet ready, share-by-link ready, MMS-ready. We render every invite at three aspect ratios so you can post the same invite to a story, a feed, or a print sheet without re-cropping.

  • Iteration 0002

QR codes that do more than open a URL

Each guest’s QR carries their identity. Scanned at the door, it checks them in. Scanned by the photo crew (Papic), it tags candid photos to that guest. Scanned at the photo booth, it pulls their preferred email so the gallery shows up where they actually check.

  • Iteration 0002

Guest microsite — one URL, every detail

Your /event-slug page is the source of truth for guests: directions to the venue, dress code, the timeline, the gift registry, the live stream link on the day. Multilingual EN / TL / CEB toggle. No signup required for guests — they just open the link.

  • Iteration 0001

    RSVP that just works

Three buttons: I’ll be there, I can’t make it, maybe. Plus-one count, dietary preferences, optional song request. Couples see live counts; guests skip the spreadsheet. Closes automatically at your RSVP cutoff so you can finalize seating without chasing latecomers.

  • Iteration 0028

Email notifications that don’t feel like spam

Just the things you actually need to know about: an RSVP came in, a vendor sent a message, a payment is due in 7 days. No marketing blasts, no daily digests, no cross-promotion. Per-couple delivery preferences (per channel, per category). Unsubscribe is one click and per-channel.

Section 3 · Vendors & ledger

Every vendor, every payment, one ledger.

Track contracts, milestones, deadlines, and crew-meal counts. Calendar-export every payment + every vendor meeting. Vendors stay in sync — you stay in control.

  • Iteration 0006

Vendor management — every vendor in one ledger

Add a vendor (or pick from the verified Setnayan directory). Save their contact, contract, packages, payment schedule, deliverables, and notes against a single row. Their reply-to-your-DM lives in the same row as their contract PDF and your last payment OR. No more hunting through three apps to remember what you agreed to.

  • Iteration 0007

    Payment milestones, tracked

50% reservation, 30% midway, 20% balance — set the schedule once, Setnayan reminds you (and the vendor) when each milestone is due. Mark paid; we attach the OR. Watch the budget bar move. No more “wait, did we already pay them for this?”

  • Iteration 0008

Calendar export — .ics for everything

Vendor meetings, payment deadlines, RSVP cutoffs, dress fittings, food tastings — all exportable as a single .ics feed your phone subscribes to. Updates push live; you don’t re-import. Family members get their own subscribable feed (filtered to just events they’re part of).

  • Iteration 0006

    Contract & document uploads

Drop the PDF the vendor sent you. Setnayan stores it against the vendor row, OCR-scans the signed page, and surfaces the key fields (deposit amount, balance due date, deliverables list) into the ledger automatically. Reachable from anywhere in the app — no more digging through your email for that one PDF.

Section 4 · The day-of apparatus

When the day comes, we bring the gear.

Live broadcast. Same-day edit. Paparazzi capture. Personal monogram. The on-the-day apparatus that turns a wedding into a story your guests can replay forever — built into the same app you used to plan it. Quotes per event — no PHP figures shown.

  • Panood

    Multi-cam live broadcast

Up to five cameras, one broadcaster, broadcast on YouTube. Custom monogram + Broadcast Style Pack support. AI Highlight reels post-event. Family who can’t make it sees every moment in 1080p, on whatever device they’re on.

    Included in your custom quote

  • Papic

    Designated paparazzi

Native iOS/Android app for friends and family. Gesture shutter, QR-tag photos to specific guests or whole tables, untagged photos still land in the couple’s gallery. Real-time delivery — guests can flip through tagged photos before the reception is over.

    Included in your custom quote

  • Pamahiya

    Personal souvenir reels

Every guest renders their own 1–30 second reel from a template library, scored to Setnayan-owned music. Their reel pulls only photos they’re tagged in, so it feels like their wedding too. Shareable to socials with one tap.

    Included in your custom quote

  • Pakulay

    Mood-board engine

Per-role + per-venue palettes with the Setnayan Guide rule engine catching contrast / temperature / cultural-default mistakes before they hit the printer. Vendors get a live link, not a screenshot — they always reference the latest palette.

    Included in your custom quote

  • Pailaw

    LED background maker

8K loop generators for venue LED walls. USB-deliverable for offline playback at venues with no reliable internet. Match the loop to your palette and the visual language of your day reads consistently from the entrance to the dance floor.

    Included in your custom quote

  • Pareto

    Pro camera bridge

Pair a DSLR (Canon / Nikon / Sony / Fujifilm) with the Papic phone for broadcast-grade glass without changing the operator’s workflow. The phone handles connectivity, tagging, and delivery; the DSLR handles the image.

    Included in your custom quote

  • Custom Monogram Pack

    Your mark, everywhere

One purchase replaces the Setnayan watermark with the couple’s monogram across every media output — invitations, broadcast lower-thirds, photo overlays, gallery downloads, souvenir reels. Designed for you by the Setnayan Team during onboarding.

    Included in your custom quote

Section 5 · Operating layer

Outsource what you can, pace what you can’t, schedule what you must.

Setnayan is the operating layer underneath the planning surface you see. Bring in helpers safely. Let the platform pace the work for you. Keep one calendar that reflects everything with a date on it.

Outsourcing

Bring in your planner, coordinator, or stylist — without handing over the whole account.

Setnayan supports role-scoped access for the people you bring in to help. A planner sees the full plan: budget, vendors, timeline. A day-of coordinator sees just the day-of run-of-show plus the vendors on the day. A stylist sees the mood board and the venue, nothing else. Each role has its own login, its own view, its own audit trail. Add or remove access in seconds — no shared passwords, no over-exposure.

  • Planner — full ledger, budget, vendor contracts, timeline.
  • Day-of coordinator — run-of-show + day-of vendors only.
  • Stylist — mood board, palette, venue diagrams.
  • Family helper — guest list + RSVP tracking only.

Pacing

Auto-generated milestones for every event type — you can’t fall behind on a deadline you don’t know about.

Tell Setnayan your event date and event type. Setnayan generates a milestone schedule for you — venue lock by month -10, photographer by -8, catering tasting by -5, RSVP cutoff by -2. Each milestone has a recommended action and a due date. Mark complete as you go; we adjust downstream milestones. Three event-type templates ship at V1.

  • Wedding — 12-month standard timeline.
  • Corporate launch — 6-month timeline.
  • Birthday — 2-month timeline.
  • Custom — build your own from scratch.

Scheduling

One calendar for everything that has a date attached to it.

Vendor meetings, payment deadlines, RSVP cutoffs, dress fittings, food tastings, the day-of run-of-show — all rendered into a single calendar surface. Subscribe to the .ics feed; your phone’s native calendar reflects the latest at all times. Filter by what you care about (vendors, payments, family events) and the unified view re-renders.

  • Vendor meetings — pulled from iteration 0006.
  • Payment deadlines — pulled from iteration 0007.
  • RSVP cutoffs — pulled from iteration 0001.
  • Day-of run-of-show — the day, minute by minute.

Section 6 · Compliance & receipts

Real receipts. Real compliance. No tax-day surprises.

If your parents ask for the OR, you have one. If your accountant asks for the 2307s, they’re downloadable. If your vendor asks for proof of payment, it’s in their dashboard. The boring parts of running an event — handled, not handed back to you.

  • BIR-compliant ORs on every payment

Every payment you make on Setnayan generates an Official Receipt with the 12% VAT split, the seller’s TIN, your TIN (if you have one), and a sequential OR number that survives audit. We file these with the BIR on the seller’s behalf so the receipt is real, not a printout.

  • RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act) compliant

Your guest list, your vendor contracts, your photos — the data you put into Setnayan stays yours. We process it under a Data Processing Agreement, you can export everything in one click, and you can delete your account permanently. We never sell guest lists, ever.

  • Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) handled

When you pay a vendor through Setnayan, we calculate, withhold, and remit the correct EWT (1% / 2% / 5% / 10% depending on the service category) directly to the BIR. The vendor sees the gross, you pay the gross, and the withheld portion never touches the vendor’s account. No spreadsheets, no surprises in April.

  • Form 2307 generated automatically

For every EWT-applicable payment, Setnayan generates Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) with both your details and the vendor’s. The vendor can claim the credit on their own returns. Your bookkeeper gets the year-end summary as a CSV.
